Sir Gregory Doran gave the inaugural Rose Playhouse Lecture "Titus Andronicus Revisited" regarding his 1994-95 touring production for the RSC to South Africa in at London Southbank University (LSBU) where Rose Trustee Sir Simon Hughes is Chancellor. In 1989, the members of the company for Titus Andronicus visited the site of the Rose archaeological dig to support its preservation. The event was hosted by Peter Jolly, Dulwich College and Rose Theatre Trust, deputy chair. The event was also shared on Zoom with a question and answer period after the presentation. Doran spoke briefly about the future of the Rose during the Q&A.
